| Shipping & Returns information. Shipping. Cyber Trade can delivery goods all around the world, wherever goods can be delivered by FedEx or DHL. Republics of ex Yugoslavia are also covered by PostExpress Serbia so you can pick up for you best delivery option. You are going to choose one of those delivery companies, because of your personal experience with them or because of appropriate costs which will be calculate by us and you will be able to see it in your bill. Risks for goods, you take over, from the moment when post take the goods from us. Delivery time depend on where you want goods to be sent and which company for delivery you choose, and you can also see it on their officially sites. Returns. If we made mistakes like delivering wrong products, or wrong quantities or damaged goods, we will accept your demand for return. Demand must be sent to us at least 7 days after you receive goods. If mistakes are made by you, like wrong interpretation of products attributes, that is way we ask of you to send us any questions that you maybe have about products before you order that, or if somebody try to return goods that we didnt delivered, we wouldnt accept that demand.
